I agree to transfer money to SFCW as a donation.
I understand that my donation may be directed to support any school feeding and child welfare program run by SFCW, its partners and/or schools of the Republic of Armenia.
I acknowledge that use of the personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract in connection with my donation. I agree that SFCW may use the personal data that I provide to process my donation, contact me regarding any questions related to my donation, put my name on the web page, social media and publications as the donor, update me on the impact of my donation, send newsletters, information about events and projects that SFCW thinks will be of interest to me and transfer my personal data to SFCW’s related parties. I acknowledge that my personal data may be used to comply with legal obligations of SFCW.
I acknowledge that SFCW stores my personal data until it is no longer needed to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
I understand that the personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and based on my consent. I acknowledge that as a data subject I have certain rights which I may exercise if SFCW is in possession of, or are processing, my personal data. Specifically, I can always request to correct, erase the personal data, transfer to another organization, restrict processing personal data or provide any information that SFCW holds about me and re the processing of personal data.
