Ongoing monitoring and evaluation

The Monitoring and Evaluation team diligently conducts continuous oversight activities, meticulously overseeing the organization of school meals to identify existing challenges and accurately represent the situation at hand. Through a detailed and vigilant examination of the entire process, the School Feeding and Child Welfare (SFCW) Agency ensures rigorous oversight, promptly pinpointing issues and facilitating their resolution.

On a monthly basis, the team convenes virtual meetings to discuss the challenges and shortcomings identified during their monitoring efforts. In these sessions, not only are collective issues and deficiencies highlighted, but effective strategies and solutions are also proposed. Additionally, the agency undertakes targeted interventions with individual schools, addressing specific concerns to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program. This comprehensive approach ensures that the organization of school meals is continually refined and improved
